Our return policy is based on D.Lgs n° 50 15/01/1992 and n° 185 25/05/1999 that regulate agreements that involve delivery of goods to the client’s address of residence or delivery at an address indicated by the client. These bills regulate transactions that do not take place in a store.

EU law states that return policies apply only to consumers that buy goods for personal use and not for working purposes. Therefore, retailers, companies and people that buy to re-sell to third parties are excluded from the return policy. Your right to return goods does not apply to audio/visual products or software that are delivered packaged and that are opened by the client and does not apply to books and sheet music.

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods and we will reimburse to you the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This does not includes the cost of delivery. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement sending an email at . Your email must include your order number, your personal details, the receipt number (that will accompany the goods) and the code of the items you wish to return.

Our customer service ( will send you authorization to return the goods with a return code that you will have to clearly write on the outside of the package. Failure to follow this procedure might prevent the return process.

Place your items in the original package in a way that will prevent damaging the goods. Returns must be arranged through an express carrier of your choice. The costs of delivery of the items are entirely on you. In order to complete the return, the items and their packaging must be intact and you will have to send back any documents that accompanied the items at the moment of receiving them

The Giocondi Company has the right to NOT accept:
- Parcels that do not clearly state the return code
- Parcels that contain damaged goods.
- Parcels that do not contain all the required documentation.

Refunds will be paid through bank transfer or PayPal within 15 working days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse, after checking the absence of damages to the returned goods.
